"Working with Amy has been the best investment ever for our little family! We reached out to Amy as soon as we could when our twins were 16 weeks corrected, they were going through the 4 month sleep regression which absolutely kicked our butts - they were catnapping during the day, waking frequently overnight and we were doing multiple dummy runs during the night.

​

We were rocking them or feeding them to sleep which was fine but not maintainable long term and not ideal when home by myself during the day trying to settle them both to sleep at the same (ish) time. With Amy's amazing support we've been able to easily ditch the dummies and swaddles, the boys are now able to self settle which means I no longer stress about how i'm going to get them both to sleep and whether it'll be at the same time, they are able to link their sleep cycles and take themselves back off to sleep during the day and overnight. I think the best part though is they're so much happier in themselves and we're all sleeping way more than I ever thought possible!

Amy's support throughout the two weeks was incredible - it felt like having a friend you could message, celebrating the wins with you and making a plan B or C if needed. "All I can say is WOW! Amy from Little Dreamers completely changed the game for us as a family. I felt like Maddie's sleep was consuming me as I was constantly thinking about when she needed her next nap, spending ages getting her to sleep in my arms and then transferring her to her bed only for her to wake up straight away. I was craving more routine and for Maddie to be able to settle herself independently and that is exactly what we have now and its wonderful! I feel like we can actually enjoy Maddie's awake time more and spend better, more quality time with her as we aren't worrying about her next nap and her getting overtired. She is better rested and so are we and we are all better off for it!

My husband and I have our evenings back as I am not in Maddies room trying to get her to sleep til 9pm at night, she is in bed asleep by 7 and we have time to spend together just the two of us :) Amy was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and so accomodating as we got covid during our time with her and we were able to just pause our sleep support and pick up a week later which was awesome! She also messaged with my mum one day when she was looking after Maddie to help her with Maddie's routine while I was at work which was so great. Maddie can now self settle, resettle, smashes 2 hour lunch naps and is doing really well overnight!

"I was really hesitant to use a sleep consultant even though I knew it was time. I asked my husband to find a person who had a vibe that would work for our family. He found Amy! And man I am glad he did. From the first one on one consultant we knew she was right for our family.
She was real, down to earth, she listened and came into our lives with such enthusiasm and excitement for change. We didn't see how it would work, we had spent months trying and researching independently with little results. We thought multiple wake, lack of self settling and Co sleeping was our only option esp as our wee girl was 9 months old.

Amy is magical! With her support, being consistent and developing a style that worked for us meant we had results in less than 2 days. We still can't believe it. We had the pieces we just needed Amy to put them together. She didn't make us change or do anything we were not comfortable doing. "We reached out to Amy for help with our 4 month old who was waking multiple times overnight, unable to self settle, reliant on being fed & held until she was asleep (we would spend up to an hour sitting in a dark room before transferring her) cat napping during the day, only contact napping or sleeping in the pram.

We found ourselves reading so much different advice when days were tough that it felt like every 2 hours we were trying something new to just survive the days & nights. The days felt rough & the nights felt even harder. Within the first 24 hours of working with Amy we nailed 2 Cot Naps, self settling, the full 2.5 hour lunch sleep and a pram nap so I could walk the dog & get some sun, followed by waking 1 time overnight for a fed and put her down awake & she fell asleep. We couldn’t believe the change happened so quick. Amy didn’t promise us that it happens this quick and that it would/could be hard, but with Amy’s support it was SO easy. Newborn sleep is so complex & knowledge is power when it comes to it.

It’s been life changing I now have 2-2.5 hours back at lunch time to reset the house, have lunch and do stuff for myself. I look forward to when my little one wakes from her naps & can enjoy my maternity leave rather than just survive because I now have the energy (physically & mentally) to want to give her my full attention & be a present mum and wife as I know she is now a nap queen so I can use her naps to do everything else. We love routine in our house so it has been game changing for us, but the routines are so flexible we aren’t house bound to nap times as we can now plan our day & know that Marley will take her lunch sleep in the pram if we are out. We also know how to trouble shoot and have plan Bs in place for when something doesn’t go to plan. Amys daily messaging & support was knowledgeable, fun & so easy!

"Amy was absolutely amazing!

Zac had been sleeping well over night but mainly contact napped as needed in the day and we had no routine. This was no longer working for us and we had a new ever changing daily schedule so we reached out to Amy. Initially the sound of planned sleep felt like it would be restricting but it is has created freedom! Amy gave us the information and tools to be support him to get sleep when he needs it and link his sleep cycles. Understanding the why behind the plans and tools has given us the confidence to continually put them in practice. Amy was there to answer all our questions and troubleshoot all our scheduling we threw at her. Its meant we can plan our days with no stress and given us flexibility to travel, go out and know hes getting good sleep anywhere and everywhere we go.

We can't even remember what we did before his day naps and 12 hours night sleeps! Needless to say we are all better rested, have more quality time together and are a tight wee team :)

Little Thrivers

"As a FTM the Little Thrivers 4 week programme has been an absolute game changer for my little family. This was gifted to me from my sister-in-law and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Little Dreamers. In the 4 weeks, my 4 and a half month old daughter went from constantly needing rocking, bouncing and being held to fall asleep to being able to be put down and fall asleep within 10 minutes with little to no parent required soothing. Overnight she was also constantly waking roughly 2-3 hours throughout to now having longer 4 hour sleep stretches as I dropped her dream feed. Unfortunately we have had a few hiccups along the way with personal extended family issues as well as sickness which affected our routines but this had a slight impact on the overall progress and success we experienced. My daughter’s successful self-settling and resettling habits we experienced have remained embedded which my husband and I are so thrilled about. The programme also equipped me in making slight adjustments to adapt my daughter’s usual routines so she is able to participate in baby classes without adversely compromising her awake and sleep periods. This certainly left me feeling more confident to be able to leave home without being stressed out. We have now set ourselves new goals and will be working towards these with the wealth of practical knowledge we learnt from this programme. Should we hit a wall in the future, I will without a doubt be reaching out to Amy for help and guidance again.

Amy has created an exceptional programme to support you as you navigate your sleep training journey. Her easy to read guides are comprehensive and thorough covering a wide range of topics (and situations) to ensure your little one has all their needs met as well as yours as a parent. Amy’s video modules are easy to follow along with, as she is an excellent communicator and articulates all the information effortlessly to remove all of the guesswork. Her team also provides additional information regarding bottle feeding and starting solids which are most helpful so you understand the impacts nutrition has on sleep too. Amy is actively involved on The Little Thrivers FB community page so you can receive instant support and feedback. Her weekly zooms with The Little Thrivers community is a fantastic midweek hour forum which enables you to troubleshoot challenges you may be experiencing with other pa
rents. Amy provides invaluable advice with tips and tools to overcome any problems you may be encountering. "We joined Little Thrivers after coming through a rough week with our daughter’s four month sleep progression. By the end of the first week of the programme she was able to settle herself to sleep from awake within 15 minutes, we were amazed! We loved having access to all the different resources that helped to build our understanding of what was going on with her sleep, as well as give us options if things didn’t go to plan. The supportive community was the best part though! It was great having someone there to ask questions to and help us figure out what to tweak, and having other families going through similar stages to share our wins with every day was really encouraging. We’re now enjoying much more peaceful nap times as well as full sleeps overnight! "Amy has completely changed our lives! When we first contacted Amy our 20 month old daughter was needing over an hour of cuddles to settle to sleep and then having 2-3 long wake ups overnight. We were exhausted and couldn’t remember the last time we were able to spend any quality time together.


Amy came to our home for the 3-hour bedtime package and showed us exactly what we needed to do. She also helped us to read and decipher different cues our daughter was giving and how best to respond to her needs and ensure she felt comforted and supported at all times. We were skeptical to say the least being two very attached parents having never left our baby to cry. Well, the results speak for themselves – almost immediately our daughter was sleeping through the night. We were able to provide hands on support the whole way through and eventually with Amy’s guidance, our little one was falling asleep in her own bed knowing Mum & Dad were right there to comfort her. She now has a consistent 11-12 hour sleep every night and a solid day nap too – and we finally have our evenings back!


We cannot recommend Amy & Little Dreamers enough, everything was adapted to our daughters individual needs, her personality and developmental phase. "We honestly can't thank Amy enough.

Her service and support is an absolute life saver. Amy came to our rescuewhen we were desperately seeking help with our 10 month old daughter. She relied on rocking to sleep which was often taking a very long time. She was constantly over tired and on a good day having 2x 20-30 min naps max. Evenings were filled with numerous false starts every 30-60 minutes after going back down making it impossible to achieve anything or relax. Not knowing when the last false start would be and when the night sleep would actually began had us dreading the evenings. Long wakeful periods overnight of 2-3 hours were no longer manageable. Amy came to our home and listened to our goals and came up with a plan that worked with our parenting style and little girls temperament. We together chose settling techniques that we felt comfortable with and left no one feeling anxious.

Knowing Amy was just a txt away during the two week period was so reassuring and she always had a solution when things weren't going to plan. The results after two weeks are incredible. Our little lady now settles independantly in her cot and is sleeping through the night more often than not with no re settles required. Of course the over night stretch of sleep is amazing but the biggest change for us is the evenings. Being able to cook and eat dinner without stopping and having time to relax while knowing we have a baby sleeping soundly is the best feeling. Overnight Support Package

"We reached out to Amy when we were at extreme levels of exhaustion. After 7 months our daughter was still only sleeping at max of 3hours at a time over night and 45min naps in the day. Some nights she was waking every hour. We did the overnight package with Amy, she came to our house and talked us through our chosen settling method and supported us to implement it throughout the night. She was kind and understanding and never judgemental.

 

After our first night with Amy our baby did a full 180 and started to nap better (2.5hours!!) And then stretched her night sleep. She now only wakes 1 time in the night most nights. The changes that came to us after only 2 weeks is crazy. This is game changer.

 

Everyone in our house is happier now we are finally getting some sleep. We will miss Amy and her ongoing support. 10/10 definitely recommend."

"Getting one-on-one support from Amy in the Little Dreamers Package was better than we could ever have expected or hoped for.

Our 5.5 month-old boy was waking every 1-2 hours, needed to be fed or patted to sleep, was a chronic cat napper and wasn’t able to settle himself at all. We were at our wit’s end, and were starting to lose hope that we’d ever get a proper sleep again. That’s when we reached out to Amy for help.

Improvement to his sleep happened virtually instantly, overnight, and now after two weeks our boy is having three scheduled naps a day, one of which is 2.5 hrs at lunch time! He has a regular bedtime and he can now settle and resettle all by himself with only 1-2 night feeds.

The flow-on effect from his improved sleep has been incredible. We have regained our evenings together as a couple while knowing our boy is sleeping soundly. I am sleeping much better and am able to set aside time for self-care which is bliss. Our boy is having fuller feeds, eating solids and loving it. He is much more content during the day, is more engaged in activities, he isn’t overtired and when dad arrives home from work he is able to thoroughly enjoy the best version of our happy little boy.

The troubleshoot guide is also incredible! It eliminates all of the guesswork and stress so you can get on with your day. From navigating the curveballs baby throws at you when they wake really early or refuses naps, to navigating schedule times when out at events etc really is so so helpful. For a first-time mum this guide is invaluable. The support and knowledge we have gained has given me so much confidence in helping my boy get the rest he needs.

Amy is encouraging, non-judgemental, funny, realistic, knowledgeable and really puts you at ease.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you! The changes we have seen in Sophie’s sleep have been phenomenal. We are closer and happier as a family and getting to enjoy our time together instead of just surviving.

​

When we started our journey, I was exhausted, being woken 3-4 times a night and having to rock/ sit with her until she went back to sleep. Sometimes I would just give up and sleep in a chair with her on me in her room, which was rough. Sophie’s day sleep was all over the place and unpredictable and she would take up to an hour or more to get to sleep in the evenings. Me and my partner would dread this time of the night, not knowing how long we would be battling. It was beyond exhausting. Within days of working with Amy, she had transformed our wee girls sleep to the point where she was sleeping through the night, and to date, still is.

 

Sophie now self-settles in her cot for all her sleeps, and only takes 5 minutes to get her happily off to bed. This newfound freedom at night has been amazing for our relationship, and allows us time to hang out as a couple again. Sophie is so much happier, and I swear her development is rocketing ahead since she has been getting so much restorative sleep.

Amy listened to our story and to our needs as a family and tailored Sophie’s routine to suit. I learned so much as a new Mum about the importance of nutrition to sleep and with a few tweaks of the timing of her milk and solids, Sophie was eating so much better too. Amy’s knowledge and support was incredible, and there was nothing I threw at her that she couldn’t answer and reassure me on. This really was ‘sleep support’ at it’s best.
