Meet Lauren moran

Little Dreamers Family Sleep and Wellness Coach

Hi there! I am Lauren and I am a certified Family Sleep & Wellness Coach living in Auckland, New Zealand. I am Mum to 2 beautiful kiddos, Chloe & Max, and wife to my military husband, Ethan.

After working as a Human Resources Professional for 9 years, I never expected to take such a different path since having my babies. I worked with Amy (Founder of Little Dreamers) with my eldest daughter when she was 4 months old and honestly, since then I discovered a passion I didn’t know I had! After doing this I realised I wanted to help families to have the same experience and gain more sleep all round no matter their goal.

I follow a holistic and parent-first approach - yes! That means your goals are want I would like to achieve with you. What’s missing that you want to have back? How do you want your days to be structured? Anything! It’s all about having a well rested little one and parents!

Working with me means we will look at all areas from the sleep environment, nutrition, developmental progressions, attachment, appropriate routines for their age and more. Throughout my studies I was able to grasp the science behind all things sleep and attachment with our little ones, which will help us understand what your little one needs - there is no one size fits all approach.

With my support you will gain the knowledge and tools to manage your little one’s sleep so it is never overwhelming for you and you can feel better for a well rested family.

Meet Sam wysocki

Little Dreamers Family Sleep and Wellness Coach

Hi I’m Sam, mum to two beautiful boys, Mac 2, Finn 1 and wife to Adam. I am an Internationally Certified Family Sleep and Wellness Coach (aka a sleep consultant).

I have my Masters in Primary School Teaching and Learning and am excited to now be working alongside Amy and Lauren at Little Dreamers.

I love learning and supporting others, and believe that all parents deserve to thrive not survive. When we have kids we want to be the best version of ourselves and sleep plays a huge role with this and our general wellbeing. There is nothing wrong with asking for support around sleep and wanting guidance with what and how to do it! I’ve been there with my boys and am excited to support others with this.

Meet Tessa Scott

Registered Naturopath & Nutritionist

Hi, I’m Tessa, a Registered Naturopath and Nutritionist, based in Dunedin, New Zealand.

I am passionate about infant and toddler nutrition and wellbeing. It’s so important that our little ones get the best start in life, so supporting parents to provide good nutrition and teach their children good habits is an area that I’ve become really focused on. My own daughter Maddie has taught me so much in this area and I love sharing my knowledge with other parents.

I take a holistic approach to nutrition. It’s not always about the food, so I work with parents on all aspects of their child’s health including their environment and behaviour. I enjoy helping parents find ways to optimise their children’s health and empowering them to raise happy, healthy children.
